I am sure you have heard my excitement about this topic. The BNG
founder's retreat is not just an excuse to get-a-way (even though we all
deserve it.) You can expect to participate in the following:
- This will be our first opportunity to meet face to face and really become a cohesive team.
- We will discuss the future of Bella Neo-Gaia and how we can grow from here.
- This will be a chance to really discuss our growing pains and our successes.
- There will be team building exercises but they are done in a way that is fun and interesting.
- We will also define each founder's role in the organization as an individual as well as our team expectations.
