I will arrive to our cabins and make sure they are my kind of clean and aired out. I will make sure everyone has fresh linens and comfy beds.
Then I will take a tour of the outside grounds and take care of and lawn maintenance etc.
I will also be grocery shopping for our week of in cabin meals and other needed necessities.
Finally I will be reacquainting myself with the area so when we go sight seeing it will be as smooth as possible.
One of my biggest pet peeves (in the past) is spending the first day of vacation preparing and getting settled. You basically lose a day unless you can enjoy the process. Since this is for our group, I am happy to do so in order to have a very inviting stress-free atmosphere for when you arrive.
